And You're Rushing Headlong Out of Control

When a red hot man meets a white hot lady,
Hoop diddy diddy - Hoop diddy do.
Soon the fire starts a raging gets 'em more than half crazy ,
Hoop diddy diddy - Hoop diddy do.
Headlong - Queen

Today I received a message from Canon stating that my camera is ready to be collected. Wheeee! Took them long enough, just to fix a CF Card door. Hahaha. But anyway, I was ecstatic. Could hardly wait to pick it up, though along the way I did feel trepidation and lethargy. Cost was RM120, though my dad covered it, so it wasn't so bad. Heh.
Was a pretty interesting day in college, watched parts of three movies: Babel, The Kingdom, Dejavu. We had to come up with some sort of analysis of the three movies, writing down what we think the movies portrayed, what they were trying to say, what we think they could've meant, those sort of things. I have yet to distribute the workload though, so yeah. Probably going to do that after this.
Then later we had our first Practical Training / Internship briefing. It was the basic introduction to the thing, so not much happened, a few questions here and there, and the filling-in of a couple of forms. Oh, 8TV already contacted us. Whew that was quick. Hope other things go well as well. There's light at the end of the tunnel, yet!
After that, I was the driver for the day. Hahaha. First time. And I'm thinking I should get my student card loaded with some credit so that I can park in college. Pretty daft of me to not too, nay? So yeah, was headed to Subang to pick up my camera anyway, so I also played taxi-man to a bunch of others (Arthur, Jas, Karen & Mel), dropping them off at their various destinations. We stopped at McD so that I could grab a bite to eat. And we sat at THE place. Where it all began. Oh, I also saw my awek there. Lama tak nampak. Looking good, I must say.
Then I dropped Mel off at her place, and headed over to Saujana Square (?) or something like that. And on the way there was when I realised I really had to pee. I guess I had too much to drink? Haha. So yeah, I was under pressure. Dun-dun-dun-du-du-dun-dun. And when I reached there, there was no toilet zwtf! So after settling everything to do with the camera, I went back, forced to hold it in. And on the way back, I took a wrong turn, and ended up turning back into Subang, so more zwtfness! Plus, it was starting to becoming a little (Understatement!) jammed. Luckily I managed to get out pretty quick, considering the traffic. Reached home at about 6.30-ish, I think, and rushed in to pee (Oh sweet relief).
Then just now, I went out with Kin Meng, since I had my camera back, so we decided to do some light shots, but maybe with a little variation. So yeah, we went to KJ Station to shoot, and then to Pelita to lepak.
Picture time! Wahh it's been a while since I posted anything.. Fresh.. Hahaha
It started off with a little experimenting

Then we got into the groove of things

And then a couple of buses decided to drive past

Look Beyond the Light, Where You Least Expect

The end of yet another year is neigh upon us. Rarely do I get any significant feeling of any sort when it comes to the ending of a year. Yet, this year, it feels so different. I approached 2007 with my normal, "Oh well, another year is here, what's new?". And truth be told, it started off in a way that did nothing to suggest otherwise.
Yet after all that I've been through, I have to say that I will be ending this year on a positively high note. More so than any other year before.
Yet after all that I've been through, I have to say that I will be ending this year on a positively high note. More so than any other year before.
It may have been the talks we had. It may have been the hands we held. It may have been the walks we had. It may have been the thoughts we shared.
But somehow, I believe, it may simply be you.
But somehow, I believe, it may simply be you.
Ask me a year back if I ever thought I would end 2007 like this, and my answer would have most likely been a scornful laugh and a sarcastic comment. But, one year later, one year wiser, one year smarter, one year more.. everything, and I see that anything can happen, planned or otherwise, "safe" or otherwise. ;)
And, in response to your post, I shall put in a little bit of my own.
The heartbeats that you felt, I believe I shared them. The nervousness, the awkwardness, the hesitance, everything that you felt, I shared. Uncharted territory, for both, you and I. And at the end, it got us both smiling like idiots (doof in my case). Smiling like there isn't a care in the world.
At least, that's what it felt for me.

I'm sure this is barely satisfactory, for an end of year post, so hold on.
I'm sure there's more to come.
And she's here to write her name
On my skin with kisses
In the rain, hold my head and ease my pain
In a world that's gone insane
Someone Special - Poets of the Fall

A Day To Remember

Was practically one of the best days, ever! Two words that made me smile a mile wide. I wished it was more.. romantic / song-title like (?), that being Three words, Two hearts, One kiss. Hahaha. Well.. Hmm..
Thank you. So. Very. Much. :)
Thank you. So. Very. Much. :)
Just now I went out with Kinz and Rina to Lake Gardens for some photo shooting. Had quite some fun, since it has been a while since I went out for photos. First time out with Rina, and do check out her blog. Quite cool photos. :)
So, er, yeah, here are mine. Jangan marah jika tidak best. :)
These were taken at the Bunga Raya Park.

And these, at the Orchid Park.

The stuff we do for photos. I got my lens wet. Hahaha.

And we even managed a short portrait (?) session. Hahahaha. Wowsome!

And lastly, we went to the Lake Gardens main park.
Nothing much, but loads of geese shots.
Oh, but first, me in action, in the forest. Photo courtesy of Kinz

And that, is that.
More photos, hopefully, up later. Still loads more!
